Our company was established in the year 2005 by our honorable CEO, Mr. B Damodar Kamath. We are proud to say that our company is ISO 22000 certified by BVQI. We are also awarded as the second biggest exporter of coffee beans by the Coffee Board of India. Our nuts and beans are supplied to numerous ice-cream parlors, sweets shop, bakeries and many more. Our factory is situated at Karkala Taluk in the state of Karnataka that is at a distance of 60km from Mangalore city and around 30km from Mangalore Port. Our banking activities are associated with Syndicate bank that has provided us their continuous support in our progress.
Infrastructure
We have a well established infrastructure with all the necessary machineries. The cutting machineries are hand operated so that the cashew nuts are grated carefully without any damage to their shape. The research & development team keeps an eye on the quality of the products and puts each and every minute innovation that is needed for the betterment of the quality. Out of total workforce, 90% are women. We also have a spacious warehouse, where the final packed products are kept for future exporting. The packing are vacuumed so that there is no biological agent present in the final products.
Quality assurance
The cashew nuts and coffee beans are checked thoroughly so as to assure their quality. Our products are manufactured keeping in par with CEPCI and AFI standards. We use blowers and sieves that help in keeping the microbiological and chemical contaminants away. Then the metal detector is used so that ferrous and non-ferrous metals are not present. The final products are free from any harmful ingredients and are as per the standards set by HACCP.
Reliability
We are exporting our cashew nuts and coffee beans to 38 countries across the world. Our products have been able to gain the trust of the honored clients. The casher nuts and the coffee beans are packed without using any preservatives. The taste, aroma and quality are the features that encourage the customers to buy cashew nuts & coffee beans from us.
